Absconding Employees

Senior employees, especially in a software product development company, have access to a lot of sensitive information including the product designs and other important documentation. Designs are critical for the company and are part of the IP.  

Legaligence was consulted when two of the senior employees in a software company were absconding for more than 2 months. The employees were carrying company laptops with sensitive product information. The company was planning to take legal action against these employees, however catching hold of them and collecting the laptops to prevent any information leak was the most important thing. However the employees were not responding to telephonic calls and emails and were not traceable. 

Within 48 hours, Legaligence traced these employees. It also ensured that the company assets were surrendered by them and major risk for the company was averted.
