An Information Technology (IT) Giant used to participate in RFP’s / RFI’s. The company had excellent capability & experience to meet the qualification criteria. However, for the past one year they had lost all those prime RFP’s/RFI’s. It was time for an Intelligence Health check!

We carried out a thorough investigation and found the leak (Human) responsible for sharing information with the competitor. Financial asset tracing of this individual was an important part of this investigation.

It was time for the IT Giant to sanitize their teams & to create a counterintelligence net over sensitive information. We subsequently built a process framework to ensure that the sanctity of the proprietary information is maintained & the organization’s secret sauce is protected.
