Reverse Due Diligence

A medium scale software product company was preparing itself for a sale of a large company in the same sector and wanted to determine its readiness before being presented to prospective buyers.

Legeligence performed a financial, operational and commercial due diligence of the company assets, product range, profitability, cost structure, people, customer traction and revenue streams for the next 3 years. A detailed report was submitted “As Is” and “To Be”. 

The company made the required changes in the specified areas. It resulted in substantial increase in the company valuation.
