An Information Technology (IT) Giant used to while participating in RFP’s / RFI’s. The company was very confident of the outcomes since it had all the requisite capability & experience to meet the qualification criteria. However, for the past one year they had lost all those prime RFP’s/RFI’s. It was time for an Intelligence Health check !

We carried out a thorough investigation and found the leak (Human) responsible for sharing information with the competitor. It was time for the IT Giant to sanitize their teams & to create a fine Counter Intelligence net over sensitive information. We subsequently built a process framework to ensure that the sanctity of the proprietary information is maintained  & the  organization’s secret sauce is protected.
